Important Information

• Waiting Time: Up to 5 minutes free of charge. For additional waiting time with pickup inside the building (including a name sign), a fee of €25 per hour will apply.
• Reservation Requirement: All transport bookings must be made at least 5 hours in advance.
• Night Surcharge: For rides scheduled between 22:00 and 05:00, an additional fee of €10 will apply.
• Availability Notice: If reservations are made with less than 5 hours’ notice, we cannot guarantee vehicle availability, even if an automatic confirmation is received online.
